Palmetto Bluff loves to celebrate as a community, and Labor Day is no exception. Wilson Landing Lawn & Racquet Club is set to host the popular members-only 2024 Labor Day Pickleball Mixer on August 30th. It’s sure to be a weekend of community and competition as Palmetto Bluff’s best players face off on the courts! And if spectating is your sport, cheer from the sidelines and enjoy a day of courtside celebration at the Bluff.
Club members will end the evening on Moreland Green during “Rock the Bluff,” Palmetto Bluff’s annual community celebration featuring food trucks and live music under the oaks at Moreland Landing, dancing the night away with friends and family as we say “So long!” to summer.
For those who’d rather enjoy Labor Day a little more quietly, our Hinckley Picnic Yacht, Miranda, is cruising into fall along the banks of the May River. An intimate experience, this sunset outing is the perfect way to wind down and take in the Lowcountry scenery.
Longfield Stables will host a Pony Carnival with rides for all ages, as well as hayrides, paint-the-pony activities, bounce houses, and more. Our youngest members will love this memory-making celebration alongside our beautiful Palmetto Bluff horses.
Last but not least, the Palmetto Bluff Shooting Club (a member favorite) will host its Labor Day Shoot. Take aim at the 100 targets on the Oak Course with fellow experienced shooters and end the summer with a bang.
