2024 Buffalo Run
The Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run is all about getting outside. With 20,000 acres and 32 miles of river and marsh front, getting outside is paramount at Palmetto Bluff. The Buffalo Run is the the perfect juxtaposition of Palmetto Bluff itself — where the wild and refined converge.
Run Wild at the 11th Annual Buffalo Run
Explore untouched forests and tree-shaded trails during the Palmetto Bluff Consevancy’s 10th Annual Buffalo Run on Sunday, December 15, 2024! This 10K, 30K, or 50K trail race traverses beautiful sections of the Bluff’s vast 20,000 acres while also benefiting the important work of the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy. Relay races are also available in the 30K and 50K runs, so gather a group of friends to participate in these endurance competitions.

THE DETAILS
Packet pick-up for the Buffalo Run is on Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 12:00 to 5:00 PM at Palmetto Running Company, 25 Minetta Lane, Bluffton, SC 29910.
Gates open at 5:30 AM.
Following the race, stay and enjoy live music by Low Country Boil and delicious food. Each runner will receive a complimentary beverage or beer from River Dog Brewery and a basket of buffalo wings.
Participants who register before December 1st will receive a t-shirt. All Buffalo Run finishers will receive a medal. 50K individual finishers will receive a coveted Buffalo Head Award! Additional awards will be given to race winners, the top male and female runners in each race, and first-place relay teams.

$25 of each registration will benefit the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of the natural, historical, and cultural resources of the Bluff. The Conservancy ensures the ecology and diverse environments of the community will be enjoyed by many for years to come.
