Welcome to
Palmetto Bluff
Twenty thousand acres, 32 miles of shoreline, and the most extraordinary community in the heart of the South Carolina Lowcountry.
Where the Land Leads, Life Follows
Palmetto Bluff is a community unlike any that has come before it: a vast and vibrant place enriched by wilderness and wildlife, unspoiled rivers and salt marshes, and the sounds and smells of nature. This extraordinary land is the platform for Palmetto Bluff’s higher purpose: to allow people to experience the magic of the Lowcountry in its ultimate form.
Our Mission
