    • Culinary Salon: Bourbon & Bacon Grace Cruise

      12 - 1:30 p.m. or 2 - 3:30 p.m. | Grace | $150

      Nosh on Benton's Ham and other pork plates while sipping some bourbon from Belle Meade Bourbon as you sail down the May River on this two-hour cruise aboard Grace, Palmetto Bluff's antique motor yacht built in 1913.

      1 - 3 p.m. | Wine Cellar | $125

      James Beard Award-winning writer, Jordan Mackay will guide guests through a tasting of the classic wines of the world, perfectly aged to maturity. Joining Jordan to add insight will be Christie DuFault, (Director of Wine Education at CIA, Greystone), Mollie Battenhouse (Master of Wine, Jackson Family Wines), Cliff Korn (Acker-Merrill Wines) and Sheri Sauter-Morano (Master of Wine, Wine Ring).

    • Big Carol's Big Dinner

      7 - 10 p.m. | Treehouse Park | $225

      In the latter part of the twentieth century, the Union Camp Corporation entertained clients and dignitaries at Palmetto Bluff. Their guests would fish and hunt and eat well. In the kitchen was "Big Carol," Union Camp's cook. Fast forward to 2017 when we named our food truck in honor of this legendary lady. Tonight, she's invited her food truck friends to join her and you'll taste test your way through Treehouse Park checking out their signature Southern dishes. And oh, there will be dancing.

    • Culinary Salon: Mrs. Benton's Biscuits

      11 a.m. - 1 p.m. | Village Home | $125

      She calls herself a "country cook," but when Southern Foodways Alliance Director John T. Edge and food writer/photographer Bonjwing Lee were begging for her biscuit recipe, we knew she was so much more. Join Sharon Benton for a good ol' biscuit-making class featuring all of her secrets and some of Allan Benton's famous ham.

    • Culinary Salon: Out Here in the Field

      11:30 a.m. | In the Field | $150

      We'll pack your lunch (and maybe a little punch) and send you out with the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy team for a pop-up shindig in the field, with Chef Rob McDaniel at the helm. Pile into the tour trucks for a trek through the woods, arriving at an undisclosed location where the roads are not paved, the scenery is epic, and the family-style meal is unforgettable.

    • Culinary Salon: Bubbles and Caviar

      12 - 1:30 p.m. or 2 - 3:30 p.m. | Grace | $150

      Embark on a two-hour tour aboard our antique yacht, Grace, for a caviar and sparkling wine tasting with David McCarus of McCarus Beverage.

    • Culinary Salon: A Tasting with Paul Hobbs

      1 - 3 p.m. | Wine Cellar | $125

      Paul Hobbs’ pioneering spirit and adventurous pursuit of innovation and discovery have inspired this tasting of a curated selection of the Paul Hobbs portfolio which represents exceptional vineyards, appellations, and historic sites from around the world: California (Paul Hobbs Winery and CrossBarn), Argentina (Viña Cobos), France (Crocus), and Armenia (Yacoubian-Hobbs), with new projects in New York’s Finger Lakes region (Hillick & Hobbs) and Galicia, Spain coming soon. This tasting will be lead by Dan Pilkey and Matt Hobbs of Paul Hobbs Winery.

      We're kicking off the Whole Hog weekend in style. Our guests chefs are preparing their favorite tailgating snacks on the Canoe Club patio and dock, and we're pairing them with refreshing cocktails. Consider it that boozy welcome that us Southerners do so well.

    • Southern Supper

      7 - 10 p.m. | Riverfront Park | $250

      This ever-popular potluck supper brings together traditional Southern favorites from five guest chefs served with a side of your favorite friends. Live music and a riverfront setting make this a sell-out year after year.

    • Hair of the Dog 5k

      8 a.m. start | RT's Market | $45

      A friendly competition set amid Palmetto Bluff's spectacular neighborhoods and nature trails, racers will receive a race t-shirt and be greeted with a Bloody Mary, bagels, and fanfare when crossing the finish line. Or, you can skip the run and just enjoy a little morning sunshine and some "hair of the dog."

    • Culinary Festival

      11 a.m. - 3 p.m. | Village Green | $375

      The Culinary Festival is the largest event of the weekend, featuring signature dishes and drinks from renowned chefs, winemakers, brewers, distillers, artisans and more in the heart of Palmetto Bluff’s Wilson VIllage. It is the primary sensory experience that coined the name Music to Your Mouth!

    • Kiss the Pig

      7 - 10 p.m. | Moreland Landing | Whole Hog

      Enjoy a traditional oyster roast and Southern feast set along the banks of the May River. Our chefs will roast May River oysters (the sweetest and saltiest oysters you’ve ever tasted) and cook up some Southern comfort food that will have you calling home to mama. Moreland Landing is a spectacular outdoor venue made for an oyster roast – complete with a custom-built oyster pit and tables, hand-crafted furniture, and a five-story treehouse with stunning views of the surrounding marshlands.

      10 - 11:30 p.m. | Moreland Landing | Whole Hog

      After you get your fill of oysters (is there really even such a thing?) it's time for our annual surprise concert. Join us for a private concert with a nationally lauded musical act that will have you getting down on your good foot. Shh… it's a surprise!
