Bryan is the Broker-in-Charge and selling sales manager for Palmetto Bluff Real Estate Company. With a BBA in finance from The College of William and Mary, Bryan brings valuable analytical skills to a 25-year career focused on high-end real estate sales. Bryan was part of the initial launch team at Palmetto Bluff and has been involved in over $1 billion in real estate transactions within the community. He started his career on Hilton Head Island and later branched off to sell and manage at two other sporting life communities, Brays Island and The Ford Plantation. Bryan enjoys all of Palmetto Bluff’s amenities, particularly time on the water with his three children, Colin, McKenna and Gavin.

Born and raised in Savannah, GA, Amanda Cutrer has a deep appreciation for the Lowcountry lifestyle. After working in the fractional sales environment for one of the nation’s top vacation ownership companies, she joined Palmetto Bluff Real Estate Company in 2014 as a resale and listing coordinator. She helped establish many real estate marketing strategies that have proven successful for the company over the years. She was promoted to sales agent in 2018 as the first female to join the Palmetto Bluff sales team. She has continued to be a top-producing agent for the firm and within the community, with over $200M in direct sales within her first five years of selling. She is humbled to be a part of the Palmetto Bluff Real Estate team, which, as a team, has transacted over $1B in sales during that same timeframe.
Having previously owned property in Palmetto Bluff, Amanda brings firsthand knowledge of the community, tenure, passion, and experience to create a refined experience for buyers and sellers. David Johnson was raised in Lewisburg, WV, and attended Marshall University, where he earned a BBA in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Finance. After completing his studies, David began his career working in luxury resort communities by joining the real estate team at The Greenbrier Sporting Club in White Sulphur Springs, WV. He spent five years immersed in the sporting life community, nestled in the beautiful hills of Appalachia, when David felt the magnetic pull of the Lowcountry coastline. In 2019, he joined the Palmetto Bluff Real Estate Company team as an Associate Sales Executive.
During his tenure in that role, David worked closely with numerous families, skillfully guiding them through the listing, marketing, and purchasing process for their properties. His diverse background and extensive experience in all facets of the business equip him with a solid foundation for advising and assisting families in discovering and exploring our exceptional community.

Originally from Atlanta, Jeff has spent most of his life on the South Carolina coast and considers the Lowcountry his home. After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 1985, Jeff began his career in golf course community development and operations, where he was involved with some of the country’s finest communities in areas including Hilton Head Island, Daufuskie Island, Lake Oconee, Aspen, and Park City.
Jeff returned to the Lowcountry in 2018 to join the real estate team at Palmetto Bluff, purchasing a home in the River Road neighborhood. Since then, he has helped families from all over the country discover this unique community and club, and he is actively involved in all aspects of living the Palmetto Bluff lifestyle. Jeff also spearheads Music with Friends on the Bluff, a member concert series benefiting the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy.
Jeff and his wife Paige have three adult children: daughters Stewart and Madison and son Davis. Jeff’s personal interests include golf, tennis, boating, fishing, sporting clays, wing shooting, snow skiing, pickleball, and music.
