Palmetto Bluff has seen tremendous growth in the first two quarters of the year, with 122 closed and pending transactions totaling $238.9 million in volume across the community. Our Palmetto Bluff Real Estate Company team has played a pivotal role in this success, representing the buyer in 85 of these transactions—an impressive 70% market share. In fact, by the end of the second quarter, Palmetto Bluff Real Estate Company’s closed and pending sales were just $3 million shy of surpassing our total sales for all of 2023.
