With the midway point of 2024 behind us, Palmetto Bluff continues to shine as one of the Lowcountry’s most sought-after real estate destinations. The second quarter was particularly impressive, building on the momentum from the start of the year and setting the stage for a successful remainder of 2024. Here’s an in-depth look at how real estate in Bluffton, SC is performing so far.

This remarkable performance is a testament to the strength of the Palmetto Bluff real estate market and the expertise and dedication of our real estate team.

Rising Home Prices Reflect Market Strength

The real estate market at Palmetto Bluff continues to thrive, and one key indicator of this success is the steady growth in home values. In 2024, the average home price rose to $2.85 million, reflecting the community’s enduring appeal and the increasing demand for luxury living.

While prices have seen growth from last year, it’s important to note that Palmetto Bluff offers a wide range of properties, ensuring that there’s something for every buyer. Over the past five years, home values in Palmetto Bluff have shown consistent appreciation, making it a sound investment for those looking to enjoy both the lifestyle and long-term value.

Homesites Remain in Demand
