Welcome to Wilson Village

The heart of hospitality.

The first village at Palmetto Bluff, Wilson represents the culmination of years of study and research into the small coastal towns of the South and the characteristics that made them distinct. Wilson Village offers a wide range of experiences, river access and activities, a gourmet market and signature shops and restaurants all open to the public and within easy walking distance of the Village Green.

The May River serves as a shimmering backdrop to the inspired lifestyle offerings of Wilson Village. Centered by the Village Green, and accented by spectacular ancient oaks, the quaint community hub is rich in both Lowcountry history and southern charms. Here, the ruins of the R.T. Wilson estate, one of the Bluff’s first homes, remain in tribute to a storied past. And shaded, bricked sidewalks welcome the daily bustle of boutique and gallery shoppers, discerning diners, and spirited strollers–all seduced by the vibrant, social spirit of the Village.

Eateries

Even the most finicky foodies find much to love in Wilson Village. From the special occasion dazzle of Canoe Club to the casual community favorites and river views served up at Buffalos, each dish is designed to please. You’ll find impossibly fresh meat and seafood at River House, sweet salvation through the ice creams of Melt, and the perks of great coffee at Buzz. And for Happy Hour in a speakeasy setting, revisit the past with the thoroughly modern mixologists at Hush.

Shopping

There’s no passport needed to pick up something chic and unique at The Paris Market, just one of the distinctive retail venues in Wilson Village. FLOW Gallery + Workshop invites local aesthetes to peruse the Lowcountry-inspired works of local artisans. At Palmetto Bluff Outfitters, men’s and women’s sportswear, and outdoor apparel and gear accessorize the active lifestyle of our residents. And RT’s Market echoes the one-stop-shop appeal of the classic general store, offering everything from groceries and gourmet specialties, to wine, books, novelties–even gas.
