This Sunday, nearly 700 runners will take part in the Palmetto Bluff Half Marathon and 10K.
This event, supporting the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy, kicks off at the Wilson Village Green and takes runners along an intricate maze of rivers, islands and maritime forests while remaining flat. This fast-paced race is a USATF-certified, chip-timed course.
The Half Marathon begins at 9am and the 10K beings at 10am. Members and guests are encouraged to take part in the fun by cheering along the runners at the Village Green. Be sure to stick around for the after party sponsored by Taylor’s Quality Landscaping. Big Carol and her BBQ sandwiches, River Dog Beer and the Bushels will make sure a great afternoon on the Green.
