Joe and MariElena Raya of Bittermilk visited the Artist Cottage in March and brought a week full of tasty Artist in Residence events. Bittermilk began as Joe and MariElena sough to simplify the process of making craft cocktails at home. They created a line of cocktail mixers made for cocktail enthusiasts and bartenders with real ingredients.
With a week of cocktail hours, teaching a Cooking with Cocktails class and a Stock the Bar trunk show, we had a great time learning more about Bittermilk.
