Born and raised in Savannah, GA, Amanda Cutrer has a deep appreciation for the Lowcountry lifestyle. After working in the fractional sales environment for one of the nation’s top vacation ownership companies, she joined Palmetto Bluff Real Estate Company in 2014 as a resale and listing coordinator. She helped establish many real estate marketing strategies that have proven successful for the company over the years. She was promoted to sales agent in 2018 as the first female to join the Palmetto Bluff sales team. She has continued to be a top-producing agent for the firm and within the community, with over $200M in direct sales within her first five years of selling. She is humbled to be a part of the Palmetto Bluff Real Estate team, which, as a team, has transacted over $1B in sales during that same timeframe.
Having previously owned property in Palmetto Bluff, Amanda brings firsthand knowledge of the community, tenure, passion, and experience to create a refined experience for buyers and sellers. She prides herself on building long-lasting relationships with her clients before, during, and after a transaction. Amanda received her bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and her MBA from South University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, working out, spending time at the Bluff, and with her family – husband Clint and children Ava, Joseph, and Collin.
