Jackson Smith, one of the founders of Atlanta's Honeysuckle Gelato, recently completed his stay in the Artist Cottage as our Artist in Residence for August. Jackson showed us how he lives by the company mission to “Be Sweet" by serving up scoops of Honey Fig, Lemon Raspberry Crumble, and Watermelon Sorbet, among others. Between all the tastings, we also mastered two basic gelato flavors and made our own caramel-layered gelato popsicles -- making it a truly unforgettable week.
