From the Farm: Spring Planting

Spring planting is officially complete at the Palmetto Bluff Farm. Farm manager Shane Rahn oversaw the planting of seven different fruits and vegetables for harvest by Palmetto Bluff chefs this season, as well as 1.5 acres of field corn planted in the pumpkin patch area.
