On February 24, Palmetto Bluff Farm Manager Shane Rahn hosted the final winter farm picking for Palmetto Bluff's chefs.

"They picked all of the winter crops, which included beets, kale, cabbage, collards, broccoli and cauliflower," said Shane.

In attendance were head pastry chef Mellisa Logan and her team, Executive Chef Nate Beriau, Montage Palmetto Bluff GM Casey Lavin, and Montage Palmetto Bluff Director of Operations, Brent Gresham.

This spring at the farm, you can expect to see:
- Tomato – German Johnson, Rutgers, Beef Master, Better Boy, Celebrity, Sweet 100 (cherry)
- Corn – Silver Queen, Golden Queen, Jack Pot (all sweet corn)
- Peppers – Poblano, Tabasco, Serrano, Jalapeno, Habanero
- Zucchini – Black Beauty
- Radish – Scarlet Globe, White Icicle
- Watermelon – Crimson Sweet, Jubilee
- Potato – Red La Soda
- Beets – Golden
- Peas – Green Arrow (planted 1/14)
