Sure, we've all been told that carrots are good for our eyes. Packed with several vitamins and minerals, especially biotin, potassium, and vitamins A, K1, and B6, carrots are also great at boosting our immune system. Yes, please!

And while most people may think of carrots as a schooltime snack or an important component of the occasional veggie tray, they can be so much more - adding a fresh, exciting, and unexpected twist to cocktails. Sure, not the most obvious choice when it comes to making drinks, but give this vivid orange vegetable the attention it deserves by adding it to your drink lineup. That's right, carrot juice is not just for health nuts. This root vegetable adds a subtle earthy sweetness to drinks when added in just the right way.
