Tracy’s familiarity with Palmetto Bluff began in 2007 when she and her husband, Jeff, would drive from Savannah to dine at the Inn. “Jeff said there is this great place in Bluffton. I have to take you,” Tracy recalls. The moment she arrived, she was captivated by its beauty. The couple’s connection to Palmetto Bluff deepened when Jeff proposed there, and they were married in the chapel in 2008. A memorable day for Tracy was when, during their wedding, Jeff briefly slipped away with a real estate agent to purchase a property. They finalized their purchase that same year, and ten years later, they made Palmetto Bluff their permanent home.

The view from the Moreland pool deck over the marsh is a great spot to take it all in, as are the rocking chairs on the bridge going to the cottages. There are so many beautiful spots!”
