In 2012, he crossed paths with the team behind Palmetto Bluff while assisting with acquisitions for high-net-worth clients. By 2018, Martin and his family were ready to return to the U.S., and the opportunity to join Palmetto Bluff’s real estate team felt like the perfect fit. “It’s one of the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed communities I’ve ever seen,” he shares.

When asked about his favorite local spots, Martin recommends the food trucks at Crossroads for its great barbecue and inviting outdoor atmosphere, complete with fire pits and plenty of space to mingle.
