In September, The Arts Initiative at Palmetto Bluff had the honor of hosting artist Anna Vaughn Kincheloe for a series of workshops centered on her acclaimed layered paintings. Participants captured the breathtaking landscapes of Palmetto Bluff, drawing inspiration from the picturesque views at both Wilson Village’s FLOW Gallery + Workshop and Moreland’s Conservancy Classroom. On Saturday, aspiring artists thrived under Anna’s expert guidance as she introduced them to the techniques of abstract layered painting. Attendees lauded her exceptional talent and the welcoming atmosphere she cultivated.
