For the first time in two decades, new golf-view homesites are available at Palmetto Bluff, a private community in the South Carolina Lowcountry.
Set along the Inland Waterway, with the Crossroads golf course stretching out beyond, this collection of ten homesites is shaped by two defining landscapes: water at its edge and golf on the horizon.
Each homesite sits on the Inland Waterway and is permitted for a private dock, perfect for your Duffy boat. Water views unfold in the foreground, giving way to long, open vistas across the golf course — a combination unmatched among Palmetto Bluff’s existing and planned homesite offerings.
It’s also Palmetto Bluff’s literal center point, set between Wilson Village and Moreland Village, with Anson Village to come, close to the marina and dining of Wilson and the stables and sporting life of Moreland.
At Crossroads, the day moves easily from trails and tee times to barbecue, good company, and sunsets by the water. Fire pits and waterside tables create an easygoing setting to watch the game, gather with friends, and linger over the view. Future plans include a wellness and recreation amenity and expanded dining options.
With each homesite comes membership to the Palmetto Bluff Club and access to Wilson Landing Marina, multiple pools and restaurants, Longfield Stables, the Shooting Club, and a full calendar of social events throughout the community.
