River Road, the Garden District, will be an eclectic mix of historically inspired homes offset by glorious landscaped lawns and gardens. River Road homesites feature granite lined curbing, brick sidewalks, and gas lanterns. Large wooded homesites can be found intermixed with lake front locations as well as properties sited along Palmetto Bluff's inland water trail system. River Road will be home to several new community gathering spots including a waterfront amphitheater, a community garden, and a seven-acre park with a mixture of lawns, trails, and charming open spaces.
