The pre-function space for registration, continental breakfast, and meeting breaks is spacious and conveniently located between the ballroom and boardrooms.
Executive Boardrooms
Two executive boardrooms, each accommodating up to 12 people, are just steps away from the ballroom. Both offer beautiful mahogany furniture and expansive windows on two sides, providing views of the village green and its live oaks, as well the May River.
Wine Cellar
For intimate private parties of up to 48 guests, the 1,000-square-foot wine cellar is an exquisite setting surrounded by dark wood, dramatic lighting, original artwork, a stone fireplace and more than 4,000 bottles of wine.
Village Green and May River Lawn
Receive guests under the immense ancient oaks on the May River Lawn. On the Village Green, the ruins of the grand Wilson mansion and May River provide a timelessly beautiful backdrop to your reception. For dessert, enjoy our signature s’mores from Adirondack chairs around fire pits.
Moreland Landing
Built by well-known sculptor and craftsman Wayne Edwards, Moreland Landing is a one-of-a-kind venue, situated along The May River, for outdoor entertaining and dining. Also located here is a famous five-story tree house that wraps around a centuries-old live oak tree.
Canoe Club
Evoking the inside of a canoe, the Canoe Club’s gorgeous woodwork and arched ceilings create an always-impressive setting for a private dinner or Sunday brunch. Amidst stunning water views, your guests will be encompassed by the beauty of May River.
May River Golf Club
