This is a perfect class for anyone new to spinning and wanting a new workout. You will learn bike set-up and hand positions, and enjoy a low intensity workout.
Pilates Body Sculpt
This class incorporates balls, bands, and Pilates rings into basic Pilates exercises in order to strengthen your core muscles. Each class will focus on proper body alignment, breathing, coordination and relaxation. Great class for beginners and veterans.
Throughout the class, the instructor will cue participants to change the resistance to simulate going up and down hills and will even get out of the seat to "climb" or sprint. You control the resistance, thus, the intensity of the workout.
T.B.C. (Total Body Conditioning)
This class is a full body resistance training session and the instructor will guide you through a total body workout using a combination of hand weights, resistance bands and tubes, fitness balls, and isolated moves.
Yoga is a vigorous, graceful, and dynamic class that works on breathing and body movement. Yoga develops strength, flexibility, endurance, poise, and beauty.
A fusion of the ancient disciplines of yoga and tai chi with modern Pilates techniques. The exercises mix both disciplines to develop core strength, help tone muscles, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.
