Located adjacent to the swimming pool and River House, the Fitness Center features spectacular views of the May River and the surrounding Lowcountry wilderness. Enjoy an array of Precor treadmills, bicycles, and elliptical machines, as well as strength-training equipment.

8:00 am - dusk
Pool Characteristics:
- 100 feet; 3 lap lane horizon pool
- Heated to 78 degrees year round
- Salt water solution for a healthier swim
- 3-4 feet deep; no wading area
- No diving allowed
- No Lifeguard on duty
- Jacuzzi heated to 102 degrees
- No pets allowed in pool area
