Think of the Design Review Board as a member of your design team whose purpose is to guide you through the design submittal process and make constructing your home at Palmetto Bluff a positive experience.
Our job is to maintain and uphold the standards set forth in the Design Guidelines to ensure that all the reasons you fell in love with Palmetto Bluff remain in place. The character of Palmetto Bluff is like none other and we intend to adhere to the Guidelines which ultimately protect each and every property owner and their investment. We also believe that the Guidelines were written so that there is room for interpretation to allow for diversity in the built landscape.
The DRB has relocated to 64B Boathouse Row in the Village so that we are more accessible to our owners. Our board of professionals meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month and submittals are due one week prior.
