The Palmetto Bluff Conservancy was created to ensure the conservation vision for this place. Every homesite or home sale funds a non-profit organization dedicated to natural resource protection on the property. This means each property owner is also a Conservancy member. The Conservancy is the keeper of the natural and historical world, and the organization responsible for educating the developer, construction contractor and homeowner.
